My approach is individualized. I will meet you exactly where you are and we will start our journey together. As humans, we are wired to need connections, but not everyone experiences healthy supportive relationships.
While in therapy with me, I will support you with a pace that feels comfortable, so that you will gain confidence to face and deal with what has been painful and uncomfortable.
Creating positive changes in therapy is like throwing a pebble in the middle of a pond and creating ripples in all areas of your life. My toolkit includes relational Gestalt “here-now” approach, Imago couples therapy, dreamwork, parts work, mindfulness, guided imagery, somatic techniques, archetypal work and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP).
I strongly believe in creating coherence among our minds, hearts and bodies because when those three work in unison we can create truly authentic and satisfying lives. People tend to be fragmented and misaligned in their thinking, feeling and doing. It is my job as a therapist, to bring awareness to those processes and to help you bring all the parts in alignment.
In my work and life in general, my style is honest, warm, compassionate, non-judgmental and direct. I always aim to create a safe therapeutic environment, so my clients can feel safe enough to be themselves and as a result authentic feelings emerge and healing becomes possible.
