Integration

Experiences with psychedelics such as Ayahuasca, Psilocybin, LSD, Mescaline, Bufo and MDMA can serve as a powerful catalyst on the journey of self-discovery and healing. At the same time, a proper integration is of the utmost importance.  Some people seek these types of experiences to deepen their spiritual practice. For others, it is in an attempt to heal themselves from mental or emotional struggle. There are also those who are terminally ill and seek psychedelics to resolve their end-of-life distress, and work through a fear of death.

Research shows that when used properly, psychedelics can have promising clinical benefits for a wide range of mental illnesses, and their popularity has been growing exponentially. However, a lack of proper support can leave some people ungrounded and unintegrated. Whatever your reason for choosing this type of experience, in therapy with me you can count on my non-judgmental heart-centered and analytical approach.

Please note: I do NOT promote, advise, or provide psychedelics, but if you are already on this path, I am here to assist you. I can help you intergrate your newly acquired realizations and gain meaning from these powerful and at times disorienting experiences. Psychedelics are definitely not for everyone, and I encourage you to do research and self-reflection prior to embarking on this route.

I combine years of experience as a psychotherapist, and much personal experience in mind expanding fields. Together, we will examine the insights you receive during the time of your expanded awareness, identify the hidden lessons, and find ways to integrate those into your daily life.
